Hello,
I have been co-maintaining Lintian for about two years now and I'm
somewhat done, as I want to spend time doing other things.
If you want to read more on my mopey rationale, I wrote a blog post [1],
but the main goal of this email is to encourage people to step up and
help co-maintain Lintian. It is an important project.
Nilesh Patra really has been doing great and consistent work on Lintian
for a while now, but he can't maintain it alone.
I'll be sticking around as maintainer for a few more weeks in the hope
someone else will volunteer to help out. A smooth transition with a new
co-maintainer would really be nice! Perl isn't as scary as you might
think either :P
If you're interested, don't hesitate to reach out to me on IRC or by email.
