To get files installed into the doc/ directory on master, you'd have to
add calls to `dpkg-distaddfile' like this to your debian/rules file:
dpkg-distaddfile -fdebian/files virtual-package-names-list.text byhand -
The "byhand" is the magic word to tell dinstall to install that file into
doc.
