Or for inclusion in the policy? Personally, I see it as part of doc-base, at least for as far in the future as I can see. Perhaps we should build doc-base out of CVS? I'm already managing doc-base source in CVS locally. Let me know if I should contact <debian-admin> and ask them to set up a repository at the standard location.
