        Thanks for volunteering. The new kernel-package, waiting for
 master to get unstuck, institutes a few changes that may make things
 easier for you.

        There now is a new package that shall be created by the
 kernel-* package maintainers, called libc-kheaders, which is what the
 libc6-dev package shall depend on. This package shall conflict with
 libc6-dev (<= 2.0.7pre1-4), and does not use any symlinks.

        Secondly, a file called README.debian is going to be put in
 the kernel-source-* package, which points to /usr/doc/kernel-source-* 
 as a place that more documentation may be found.
