Yes, and it is. If you see any page in wrong language, first check your language settings in your browser. (There is instructions linked from footer of almost every page.) If that doesn't help, then fix your proxy. (Your proxy may cache page in wrong language, if it doesn't follow "Vary" setting in HTTP headers.) Quick fix is always trying to reload and if that doesn't work, then forcing correct language, for example adding ".en.html" to filename. -- Tommi Vainikainen
