I agree about the scatter problem, which is why I'm hoping it'll find a home somewhere in the Debian documentation structure instead of kicking around on whatever random server I find. And it is a FAQ, so I think merging it into the Debian FAQ would be a good option. I would have put it in the FAQ-o-matic, but it, ah, "exploded" as someone said.
