Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't part of the things under
w.d.o/doc/ generated by Makefiles in the DDP CVS area? AFAIK the documents
go there, and the Makefiles generate the proper subdirectories under
/doc/manuals.html/ (IIRC).
We should move to a database-powered /doc/ area in which
entries/translations could be added easily and published in the WWW
uniformly.
