You might want to take a look at 'ayuda' it is a (rather outdated)
script which runs a user through some menus in order to explain him stuff
of his system.
'Ayuda' BTW is 'help' in Spanish. Debian package is available, and
some people at laespiral.org are working in a common framework (using a
database) which could allow for inclusion of new texts and keep them up to
date.
