Log Message: A *lot* of changes in this release after working on it for the whole weekend, which I finally labeled as 2.0 (I was getting out of #s): - Changed from HOWTO to Manual (for consistency and to be able to say RTFM :) - Included information from the last four months of debian-security mailing list - Whole new sections added in the security tools chapter (PKIs, VPN) which need much more content - Reorganised some sections to make them easier to read ..... more detailed info in the Changelog.
