I wonder whether boot-floppies (or install-doc) could ship those files. Translated boot-floppies online docs are currently in a bad shape (see #147833 #148509), and I had to point to English files to avoid broken links in doc/cd1.wml. When a newer boot-floppies package is installed, those files should be updated to point to translations, so it would be simpler if these pages were part of boot-floppies source package. Comments?
