I disagree, there is no reason to be consistent, having en_US.ISO-8859-1 and en_US.UTF-8 makes sense for .txt files, not for HTML ones. But I fully support your initiative, implement it first as you like, and we will see in a few weeks what needs to be redesigned. Denis
