Log Message: New version of the DDP policy now including much more stuff. I have reformatted the FIXME stuff so that documents are easier to read once we start publishing it on the web site (shouldn't we do this now so discussion on the document is easier?) I have separated the common policy into a separate file (will commit in a minute) including the licensing stuff. However, I have still to revise/update many chapters...
