For some reason, even if the CVS dates are more recent and the html.stamp file is also older make does not update the ddp-policy. So it's stalled in an older version (dependancies seem to be fine also).
Could you please do a 'make clean' in that directory to force a rebuild and publish in the next run? Thanks Javi
