in http://home.tiscali.nl/isildur/release-notes/ch-upgrading.en.html there is some new text about doc-base needing to be upgraded. Where did this requirement come from please - maybe I missed it in the list traffic. Wouldn't it be useful to link to the relevant bug number(s)?
