RFC: expand apt-dpkg-ref?

I just took over the orphaned apt-dpkg-ref package.   I have some ideas 
for it but I thought I should ask first.  Should I?

1.  Keep it as a simple "cheat sheet" for dpkg and apt.
2.  Expand it to be more of a guide to package management (pictures, howtos
    etc.)
