Hi,

I found a duplicating "of" in the release notes. This mistake seems
to have been introduced at 1.69.2.9. I don't know which of the
following two was the reason:

* intended to keep "the number of", but wrongly deleted "the number"
* intended to delete "the number of", but wrongly left "of"

This patch provides correction assuming the latter, deleting one "of".

Thanks,

-nori
