reworking of 4.5, "Upgrading packages" (sorry, translators!):
drop references to specific packages that will give debconf prompts,
since
this is not absolutely true; a more generic reference could be added
elsewhere
++verbose on the different upgrade paths
list some common packages that are expected to be removed in the
upgrade
clean up dpkg -l commands to not use unneccesary wildcards
include an (evil, hackish) footnote for an all-in-one upgrade command,
auto-detecting whether libfam0c102 and xlibmesa-glu are installed
add a separate section here about upgrading the kernel, which should be
done before the general upgrade for best results
