Added LaTeXmacros.sty which is used by debiandoc2latex to correct bogus
hyphenations
It seems that these are already fixed in Etch but Sarge still produce
wrong ones for
PDF and PostScript. Also touched release-notes.pl.sgml to force a
rebuild.
