I've noticed that a lot of content has been introduced without using the
<prgn>, <package> or <file> tags whenever that's relevant.
For example:

I've also noticed that some content is quite technical and does not provide
any reasonable information for novice users/administrators. For example, the
tulip/dmfe
issue asks users to 'blacklist' the dmfe module. Taking into consideration
that the use of udev is new in the release there should be some minimal
information on how to blacklist modules in udev or, at the very least, a
pointer to wherever this information is.
