I can't give precise information, sorry, but I hope this
helps. Arch repositories have something similar to SVN:
http://arch.debian.org/
Two of them catch attention:
dbnpolicy [EMAIL PROTECTED] baz

dbnpolicy [EMAIL PROTECTED] baz
http://arch.debian.org/arch/dbnpolicy/lenny/
Still, this should documented somewhere, with regards
to more up-to-date info about how to access Debian Policy
source. :)
