Speaking as a user, I would expect http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/release-notes/ with all "stable" mates (etch, lenny, testing, oldstable). This is the way Debian publish many stuffs after all. Having a daily or weekly build on alioth make sense too. ...IMHO.
