Ensure /bin/sh and /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz are diverted by
bash, dash, or no one. For example:

 1. Remove the /bin/sh diversion.
 2. Remove the /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz diversion.
 3. dpkg -i .../dash_0.5.5.1-7.4_m68k.deb.

What does

        dpkg-divert --listpackage /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz

say? If this is not Bug#538822 (local diversion, which used to be
encouraged by bash's README.Debian) or Bug#540512 (diversion by other
shell), then please do file a bug against "dash".
