Package: release-notes
Today I noticed some things regarding the GPL section of the
release-notes:
1. the postal address of the FSF is no longer correct.
It is: Free Software Foundation
51 Franklin Street, Suite 500
Boston, MA 02110-1335
USA
see http://www.fsf.org/about/contact/
2. At the beginning of that chapter we are talking about GPL V2,
but the link http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html goes to
GPL V3 at FSF page.
And the chapter also directs to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2.
So, is this document is still under GPL V2?
Then the link has to be changed to
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html
Or if we switch to GPL V3, the link on the harddisc has to be
changed to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-3.
