If I look at svn rev. 8341 http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/ddp?view=rev&revision=8341 as an example, which was commited on 2th February 2011, this content is not visible on the website http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/release-notes/ch-installing.en.html#inst-changes I didn't checked was the fact on the cds/dvds. This is also true for Romanian. The release notes are 100% as of feb 4 night and there are a lot of untranslated phrases in the Release Notes.
