Maybe I was not clear. I have no short term (~years) wish to close SVN. But I am thinking to commit another new almost empty content to SVN for projects migrated to other VCS with a file holding new VCS location and type. Then second step is do similar for stalled projects so people will not drain resource to update those pages.
