Hi, Thanks for the review, I have applied all of your suggested changes (see the attached patch). It has been pushed to trunk and will appear on [1] eventually. Sadly, I do not know the rebuild frequency, so I do not know "when" it will be. If there are more comments, by all means send them my way.
