I have updated the links to point to "where the Jessie version ought to have been". It will be live on the website next time the site is rebuild (happens 6 times a day). If so: The source includes a name for the link, which is unrelated to the current title of the section or/and the target (except if they happen to match by accident, but it does not seem to be the case).
