I have two problems:
1. Under "Releases" it states "You may download the manpages as
gzip'd tar
archive for private use. A tarball is usually ~100MB big."
I attempted to download the the tarball for Squeeze. I paused
it at 200MB
as I am limited to 1 GB/month before my downloads are throttled.
How large is the tarball?
2. Once I have the tarball I will copy it to a flash drive for
installation
to my Debian machine which physically does *NOT* have
internet connectivity.
There are no instructions for installation.
