In section 4.3 https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/debian-faq/compatibility.en.html#otherdistribs the FAQ already contains a footnote https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/debian-faq/compatibility.en.html#ftn.idm475 with details on LSB/FSH compatiblity (and which also states like "Debian abandoned the pursuit of LSB compatibility ...").
