mkswap(8) on how to do that.
Although I did not find anything relevant in systemd documentation, it
looks like systemd.swap executes swapon with --fixpgsz which
reinitializes (with mkswap) the swap space if its page size does not
match the running kernel page size. So no user action should be needed.
