Package: release-notes
It appears that Exim has removed the allow_insecure_tainted_data option
from the bookworm version of Exim. This caused my upgrade to fail at
the apt full-upgrade stage.
Perhaps the release notes should refer to this. The option was
introduced for bullseye and was mentioned in those release notes.

Unfortunately bookworm was shipped without this info in the release
notes, and we're now close to shipping trixie.
