I have uploaded the output of strace -f aptitude update
http://www.killerhippy.de/downloads/aptitude_update-strace
Increasing the Cache-Linit to 16777216 was no luck - the parse error
stayed.
BTW: I can confirm that the otrs paragraph must be the cause of failure
because I have excluded it from the file and without that paragraph
aptitude update works. The only thing is, I don't know if I am allowed
to use that incomplete file for upgrades, installs and removes...
