merge 418528 418530 retitle 418528 dpkg: [INTL:de] Updated/Added German man page translation tags 418528 + patch l10n thanks
Hello, the German translation team (namely Jens and myself) merged the translation in the po format and updated them to the current version (i.e. chose all strings which still apply/unfuzzied some). While I was at it, I unfuzzied many trivially fuzzy strings and also added a few missing ones. This translation is, however, not yet complete: de.po 943 translated messages, 44 fuzzy translations, 291 untranslated messages. Please add the new de.po as well as the updated/added add_de files to the subversion repository (and, if applicable, build them in the next version of dpkg). I/The German translation team will continue to update and proof read de.po which I will contact you about separately. If you have any problems/questions do not hesitate to contact me at the address noted below. At this point I would like to thank Florian once more and invite him to continue to help me in the translation, preferably on the po file.
