Package: dpkg
Version: 1.13.10
Severity: wishlist
File: /usr/share/man/man1/dpkg.1.gz
I notice in the dpkg-deb-actions section, "filename" could be better
called "archive", as is done on the dpkg-deb man page.
E.g., please unify the usage on the dpkg man page:
-x | --extract filename directory
and the dpkg-deb man page:
dpkg-deb -x|--extract|-X|--vextract archive directory
I didn't check what --help usage differences there were.
