ah, I see it in the German translation of dpkg-buildpackage(1):

       -CÄnderungsbeschreibung
       -mBetreueradresse
       -eBetreueradresse
              Wird unverändert an dpkg-source weitergegeben. Lesen Sie
dessen Handbuchseite.

and when checking whether it exists in the English one as well, I didn’t
read it carefully.

So only the German manpage has to be fixed.
