I would rather argue that a multi-arch enabled (library) package should
build-depend on multiarch-support...
The new dpkg-dev is perfectly able to build squeeze packages, it really
doesn't need to depend on multiarch-support by itself.
Thus I'm leaning towards closing this bug. Ccing Steve Langasek to have
his input though.
