There's no bug here, this is a wishlist request that has been marked
wontfix, which by definition makes it not valid. The concept that a
maintainer cannot close wishlist requests that have been considered
as wontfix does not make any sense, it would make the BTS unusable
otherwise. Please do not reopen this again.
