Control: reassign -1 aptitude

From the information you've provided in the bug, I don't see how this
is a dpkg problem, nor its database (easy to check with something like
«dpkg-query -f '${Status}\n' -W apt»). This is at most an issue with
either apt or aptitude (thus the reassignment, and I'll let them
handle it further).
