Hi, I was wondering what the difference between "host machine" and "target machine" is. Clearly the compiler has to build binaries for the target machine. >From dpkg's changelog I understand that "target machine" is the target architecture when building cross-compilers. It would be nice if man:dpkg-architecture(1) would mention this (i.e. that "target machine" only applies for cross-compilers). Ansgar
