There's no actionable information present, apart from the minimal report's
subject. So there's nothing that can be done here. From the subject it
seems you might be just calling dpkg (either directly or indirectly)
somehow using a wrong path (perhaps the .dep vs .deb?), but even that is
not clear. Thus closing.
