This is just an issue in the devscripts' testsuite.
I'm going to fix the testsuite, there is no need to add a Breaks (that
would be wrong anyway).

I don't think I'm going to do a devscripts upload soon as currently git
master is in a bit of a flux, but also the new dpkg contains so many
changes that probably staying in unstable a bit longer is not a bad
idea anyway.
