The above is the current order maintainer scripts are run in.  I think the
{pre,post}rm line should follow the same pattern as installation.

There's nothing wrong with the current ordering. It works as
specified. I'm not even sure why it'd be "suboptimal" besides any
possible misplaced sense of asymmetry. Closing.
