    Dpkg::Changelog::Entry::Debian: Remove obsolete methods and hide variables
    
    Remove obsolete methods check_header() and check_trailer(). Hide internal
    lowercase variables $regex_header and $regex_trailer.
    
    Bump module version to 2.00.
