    man: Clarify that the archive described is the ar archive in a .deb
    
    Make it explicit what the archive refers to, as it could be confused for
    a tar archive, which was just mentioned in the preceding paragraph in
    the deb(5) man page.
    
    Unify the phrasing in deb-split(5) for consistency.
