In a an attempt to better sort out what bugs are fixed by the dpkg currently in stable and what is also fixed in dpkg-iwj I'm going to reassign all bugs that are fixed in dpkg to the new dpkg-iwj pseudopackage in the BTS.
I'll also exclude dpkg-iwj in bugscan so it won't show up in the list of release-critical bugs.
