Subject: Would like --as-user option to start-stop-daemon

It would be nice if there were an option --as-user for
start-stop-daemon. If supplied, start-stop-daemon would change to the
uid and gid of that user before executing the --exec parameter. The
default of `--as-user root' would be equivalent to the current
behavior.
