I'm working on making apt work for our rpm based distribution 
(Conectiva) and we'll be i18ning it in the process. Problem
is that according to Jason, my patch will take a while to
be merged to the official tree, so it might be easier to do 
the apt i18n from scratch than merging our stuff..
