Can someone take a look at bug #86847? It is the same as #83752, #85040. The bug is one month old and effect more and more Chinese users.
It seems Fumitoshi UKAI has nailed the cause of the problem now(in #86847) . Can someone take a look at it and make a update to dpkg? corrupted console-tools scares any user encountered it. -- Best regard hashao
