Hi, I have some packages (j2re1.3, libc6) they contain hardlinks in the tarfile. But afs doesn't support hardlinks accross directories. So installation of these packages fails. What can I do?
My only idea is, to install the package by hand in a normal directory and copy the files into the afs. dpkg --fsys-tarfile package.deb | tar x But how can I set the state of the package to installed? Or what is a better choise? Joerg.
