Please change the conflicts line of dpkg from Conflicts: sysvinit (<< 2.82-1), dpkg-iasearch, dpkg-static, dpkg-dev (<< 1.9) to Conflicts: sysvinit (<< 2.82-1), dpkg-iasearch (<<0.10) , dpkg-static, dpkg-dev (<< 1.9) Since the bug which produced the conflicts: line has been fixed in the 0.10 version of dpkg-iasearch (it closed #151553, #151555, #151625, #151823, #151971, #152115, #151503) Please see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=170698 for more info.
